I finally put my favorite snow shovel back in the shed—hopefully for the rest of the year!
This is the 12th year the Outreach Center will host our joint 1st Precinct / PAL / Outreach Center Spring Soccer Clinic.
Beginning Monday, April 13th, our dedicated outreach volunteers—many of whom have been with us since year one—will coach more than 100 children at Wyandanch Park.
This clinic provides a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where kids can simply be kids and play the sport they love for a few hours each week. No one knows what the future holds, but this year we want to give these children the safest, happiest space possible, with a few nice surprises along the way.
We could also use a few more coaches. If you are a responsible adult with patience and a willingness to support these children, we would love to have you join us. If you’re interested, please give me a call at 917-863-3988.
